Can’t reblog this enough.

Not the way I figured it would turn out, but I learned something here.

This is called Trophic Cascade in ecology.

This was controversial when they released the wolves, as I recall. There were complaints about the wolves being dangerous to tourists, that they would actually damage the park and kill so much wildlife no one would want to go anymore.

What we could’ve had if the Russos weren’t cowards

Thinking about how “And I … am … Iron Man” was great and all, but if the Russos weren’t cowards we could’ve had this instead:

“And we … are … the Avengers.”

With one hero after the next joining in to redistribute the power.

Callback to the Guardians, no need for Tony to prove for the thousandth time that he’s down for death. Team reconnection arc whomst? Cinematic closure.

Way better. Solved it.

I mean, this is the ending they wrote into the narrative years prior. They just ignored their own foreshadowing in favor for shock value

It’s often said that anything that can be put in a nutshell belongs there, but that is 100 percent wrong in this case. This describes why I am no longer into MCU canon, boiled down into one small post. (well two, because the reply finishes them off like a perfect coup de grace)
